The Hotel & Spa Forum will hold its 17ᵉ edition on Thursday, June 5, 2025, in an emblematic place in the capital: a Parisian palace recognized for its refinement. This annual meeting brings together experts from well-being, thalassotherapy, and spa from many countries, with the ambition to advance the reflection around the hotel industry of tomorrow.
This year, the event will take place on an extended time amplitude, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., in order to better articulate high -level interventions and informal meetings. Between conferences, participants will be able to enjoy a lunch cocktail, prolonged breaks, as well as spaces dedicated to dialogue between professionals in the sector: operators, consultants, project leaders or partner brands.
The common thread chosen for this edition highlights an increasingly acclaimed value: "true luxury is the freedom to choose". A subject that affects both customer expectations and changes in the offers offered in hotel establishments. Through this reflection, the organizers wish to reposition the concept of luxury on a more human and more personalized approach, in connection with the quest for meaning, health and well-being.
Influential figures from the hotel world and the spa will intervene to share their vision, their initiatives and their feedback. Among them: a director of operations of a Parisian palace, a manager of a British hotel group, a manager of a Swiss thermal establishment, as well as the director general of a German hotel renowned for his excellence in terms of spa and care.
For the first time, the forum will highlight an entirely French-speaking debate, focused on the theme of ecology in well-being establishments. Hosted by a journalist specializing in the SPA universe, this moment will bring together a founder of a consulting cabinet, an ecological certification manager, and the managing director of a hotel labeled Ecocert, recognized for its sustainable commitment. Together, they will explore the concrete levers of ecological transformation on the scale of spas, hotels and wellness centers.
As every year, the forum will conclude with the award ceremony promoting the commitment of professionals. Three trophies will be awarded: the one rewarding a career dedicated to excellence, another showing up a SPA director for his involvement, and a last greeting a figure of thalassotherapy. These distinctions aim to promote inspiring journeys to the community.
The partner space will bring together brands recognized in the world of spa, cosmetics and professional equipment. These exhibitors will have the opportunity to present their innovations, their services, and to exchange with visitors throughout the day.
