At Green Spa, you have probably already had the opportunity to speak with Déborah, our dynamic and warm sales representative.
But do you really know what she does on a daily basis? Today, we reveal her role and missions within our company, as well as her favorite Green Spa products.
Déborah joined our team in November 2023, after working in the commercial sector of a construction company. " I'm much more passionate about professional cosmetics! " she confides.
From the start at Green Spa, she focused on customer relations, calling our customers after their orders to gather their impressions and improve our products thanks to their feedback.
“ I started by taking care of customer relations ,” explains Déborah.
“ I contacted customers to find out how their deliveries went and what they thought of our products. ”
This direct contact with beauticians, masseuses, spa managers and other professionals has allowed him to create solid relationships and actively contribute to the improvement of our products.
" Thanks to discussions with customers, for example, we have reformulated our sugar scrub to make it less oily and better suited to professional use. "
Throughout the interview, Déborah tells us that she particularly appreciates the interactive aspect of her work.
"Being in direct contact with the users of our products is very enriching. They share their feedback, their needs and their successes, which allows me to closely follow the evolution of their businesses. "
Since March 2024, she has also been in charge of developing our new facial range. " I ask our customers what they expect from facial care, in order to create a range that perfectly meets their needs."
Currently, Green Spa is working on a new range of facial treatments, planned for fall 2024. "We are working closely with the laboratory to develop products that meet the expectations of our customers! " explains Déborah.
This range, according to the indications of the customers interviewed, will include in particular a cleansing jelly, a grain-free scrub, a facial oil without essential oils, a hydrating gel mask, a hydrating serum, a hydrating cream and an anti-aging cream.
At the same time, we are also preparing the limited Christmas edition, which promises to be cocooning, soft and floral, a real favorite for Déborah, who can't wait to show it to you!
Choosing a favorite product isn't easy for Deborah, but she admits to having a preference for the Neroli and Bergamot massage oil. " Its lemony side is perfect for summer ," she says enthusiastically.
