There are two possible scenarios for using promotional codes:
- In the first case, if you have a discount code offering a reduction percentage, a discount amount or free shipping, you must apply it when validating the order.
- In the second case , if the promotional code corresponds to a free product, you will need to add this product to your basket, and the discount will then be applied automatically.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it has been placed: as soon as it is validated, it is taken care of by our ecological logistician. As soon as your order is validated, you can follow its progress from your customer area.
