Personal data confidentiality charter

This charter (the “charter”) details the Green-Spa.fr policy in terms of personal data and cookies on the site www.green-Spa.fr. This charter aims to inform you of the conditions under which Green Spa collects personal data, the reasons why these data are collected, the use made of it and your rights, and it applies to all the information provided by you -Mend or collected by Green Spa during your navigation on the site.

Data Conservations

• In any event, there is no transfer outside Europe and Green Spa does not transmit your personal data except:

If your terminal is used by several people and when the same terminal has several navigation software, Green Spa cannot certainly ensure that the services and ads intended for your terminal correspond well to your own use of this terminal and not to that of another user of this terminal.

If necessary, sharing with other people from the use of your terminal and the configuration of your browser settings with regard to cookies, are your free choice and your responsibility.

Green Spa may have to modify the charter and ensure that you are informed either by a special mention on the site, or by a personalized warning, especially in the frames of newsletters.

The site is not targeting minors as public. Access to the site is not prohibited to them, however, because it does not have prohibited content to minors under the age of 18.
