There are two possible scenarios for using promotional codes:
- In the first case, if you have a discount code offering a reduction percentage, a discount amount or free shipping, you must apply it when validating the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it has been placed: as soon as it is validated, it is taken care of by our ecological logistician. If there is a problem with your order, you will need to request a return (at your expense) to the email address hello@green-spa.fr. We will explain how to do it.

As soon as your order is validated, you can follow its progress from your customer area. Please note that you will receive an email when the order is shipped, which will contain the tracking number of your package. You will be able to follow it at each stage of the delivery process.
